Cliff Diving in Wales

News — By Outdoor Adventure Guide on September 10, 2012 at 11:00 am

The world’s best cliff diver’s descended upon a disused quarry in Pembrokeshire to somersault it out in front of a 3,000 strong crowd.

The Red Bull Cliff Diving Series made its penultimate stop near the Welsh town of Abereiddi on the 7 and 8 September, diving into the aptly named Blue Lagoon.

American Steven LaBoue won the round with Orlando Duque coming in second  thanks to a neat reverse somersault tuck, closely followed by Brit Gary Hunt.
