First impressions: Not suprisingly from an Italian company that the styling is typically Alpine with the lacing extending

long to the toe box. The fit is generous on the width for me and they felt very light straight away. The shoe is a low profile fit too, with a low rise on the foot. Reinforced toe box with substantial rand to protect both toes and the leather on rocky terrain. Vibram sole is well lugged offering good grip on most surfaces. Gore-Tex lined footbed. Ideal for a day out scrambling. Made in Romania

OAG Likeys I do like the alpine style long lacing it offers a closer fit and a secure feel. Good sticky sole ideal for a summer scramble or fast hike

OAG No Likeys A little low profile for me but other than that no snags

Overall A really good quality shoe, very light with an excellent rand and sole. Ideal for a fast and light summer weekend away in the hills and equally stylish for a visit to the pub after a long day too.
