Cyclist prepare for the challenge of the 2770 metre Iseran Pass

The Val d’Isère Iseran Pass cycle will be staged next week on Sunday, July 12th, when you can dare to defy Europe’s highest mountain road – the pass sits at a dizzying 2770 metres.
The road through the Iseran pass will be open to the “Iserane” cyclist rally exclusively from 8am to 1pm on the day. The event runs over a distance of 17 kilometres with 920 metres difference in altitude.
The event is
• Open to all, with free enrollment at the tourist office
• You can time yourself with the “Timtoo” system
• Entertainment and refreshments will be provided at the pass
